Nixon, a republican served under Dwight D. Eisenhower as Vice President for eight years and as President from 1969 to 1974. Richard Nixon is the only President to have resigned the office. The Watergate political scandal involved wiretapping, break in's, Money laundering through the Federal Reserve system and much more. Facing near-certain impeachment, Nixon resigned the presidency on August 9, 1974 in disgrace but his successor, Gerald Ford, issued a pardon to President Nixon after his resignation.

Nixon Passed a Resolution that the United States must Reorganize into 10 Super Regionsand these 10 Regions are Administrative Units of the United Nations. All the people of the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, were placed under the control of these 10 Regions.
