William Jefferson Clinton, an American politician who served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. He took office at the end of the Cold War and was the first president of the baby boomer generation. Clinton has been described as a New Democrat. Some of his policies, such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and welfare reform, have been attributed to a centrist Third Way philosophy of governance, while on other issues he was left-of-center.

Clinton, when he was campaigning against George Herbert Walker Bush, claimed his prize with one simple phrase from James Carville: 'It's the Economy Stupid'. I remember his supporters at the time saying: 'I don't care about abortion what I care about is what he's going to put back in my pocket'. Clinton left office with the highest end-of-office approval rating of any U.S. president since World War II. Then there was China Gate, where to begin.

Bill Clinton is a Globalist, and as a Globalist He Promotes "Multi-Polarity"
