According to Church Universal and Triumphant, the Sanat Kumara is the leader of mankind and the leader of the New Age Illuminati. Sanat Kumara (Kumara = Kuma Ra = Guardian of the Divine Fire). According to the post-1900 publications of Theosophy, the writings of C. W. Leadbeater, Alice A. Bailey, and Benjamin Creme, as well as the Ascended Master Teachings of Guy Ballard, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, Geraldine Innocente, Joshua David Stone, and other Ascended Master Teachings teachers.

Sanat Kumara or Raudra Chakri, the Buddhist ruler is an "advanced being" at the ninth level of initiation who is regarded as the Lord or Regent of Earth and of humanity, and the head of the Spiritual Hierarchy of Earth, the leader of mankind. It has been said he is the leader of the Illuminati and that he gives his presence to the world leaders and helps the Hierarchy and it is he who will rule the world in the future.

According to certain esoteric, mystic and gnostic traditions, Sanat Kumara of Shambhala and 144,000 souls from planet Venus came to Earth in her darkest hour to hold the light of God and Sanat Kumara was Shamballa’s first leader. Notable beings in the 144,000 include Jesus, Gautama Buddha, and Maitreya Buddha. They teach Sanat Kumara is the great guru, saviour of Earth.

New Agers say his spiritual teachings inspired volunteers to build the first perfect city nine hundred years before his arrival and they see him in all the major religions, as the Skanda/Kartikkeya in Hinduism, Brahma-Sanam Kumara in Buddhism, Ancient of Days in Judeo-Christianity and Ahura Mazda in Zoroastrianism.

It is also considered that Sanat Kumara is Al Khdir (green man) known to Sufi Muslims. New Agers believe he is the Lord of this planet and he stays in a mystic village, which exists in the etheric plane near Gobi Desert called Shambala. The Desert Gobi is in Mongolia. The village Shambala is an Ashram, not visible to the mortal eye, it is said to be subterranean.

Shambala is visible to those who have gained the etheric vision. Sanat Kumara exists on the planet as its ruler, as its Lord. Lord Maitreya, the Teacher functions under His guidance, and the whole work is to ensure that the beings move forward in evolution.

New Agers believe Sanat Kumara is the Teacher of the Teachers and Ruler of the Rulers

The planetary Logos of the Earth, the Ancient One who came down to this planet and remained ever since. They say he is a direct reflection of that Great Entity who lives and breathes and functions through all the evolutions on the earth, holding all within His aura or magnetic sphere of influence. In Him New agers live and move and have their being, and none of them can pass beyond the radius of His aura.

They say he is the Lord of this world, the One Initiator, the hierophant of their rites. They say in the Bible he is called The Ancient of Days, the Great Sacrificer who left the glory of the most high place for the sake of the evolving sons of men on this planet and from His throne at Shambala in the Gobi desert.

It is believed that he is the founder of the Great White Brotherhood, which is composed of Ascended Masters and volunteers from other worlds who have joined together to advance spiritual evolution on Earth and that he presides over the White Lodge of Masters and holds in His hand the reigns of the inner government and is chosen to watch over the evolution of men and Devas on this planet.

He is the guardian angel of Chintamani, the philosopher's stone of heavenly origin. He is also known as the Silent Watcher' and the 'King of the world'. Oh, one more interesting point I should mention is that if you mix up the letters in "Sanat" really, really bad you can get "Satan"  Just Sayin...
